UPDATE – Current Hours – COVID-19

Just an update in light of the executive order from Governor Hogan.  Law offices are considered to be an essential business.  Our attorneys are available for telephone conferences and telephone consults as we all navigate this difficult time.  Our attorneys are well equipped to assist in any matter from home. You should also be able to reach our receptionist during normal business hours, as she is able to telecommute.  Please contact (410) 838-7100,  kfleming@lfbalaw.com or mhurff@lfbalaw.com if you would like to schedule a telephone conference with one of our attorneys.  Additionally, the Maryland Courts are closed to the public through May 1, 2020 with the exception of various exigent matters outlined by the Administrative Order issued by Judge Barbera of the Court of Appeals.  https://www.mdcourts.gov/sites/default/files/admin-orders/20200313statewideclosingofcourts.pdf.

Protective Order and Peace Order hearings will continue to be scheduled and heard, and the attorneys at Love, Fleming, Bearsch & Hurff, LLC remain available to assist in those matters.

Our mail slot and U.S. Mail will continue to be checked daily.

We have received many inquiries about custody and other implications of the executive order and are more than happy to talk to you about those issues.  Stay home and stay safe.
