Love, Fleming, Bearsch & Halloran, LLC has been proud to be able to assist our clients remotely during these unprecedented times. Effective June 1, 2020 we will make available in person meetings on a case-by-case basis. We will have limited staff on premises, with other staff working remotely, and will be utilizing appropriate social distancing measures and face masks. We ask that anyone entering the office wear a face mask and respect social distancing. We will schedule meetings such that you will not need to interact with other individuals in the waiting area. We also ask that anyone experiencing symptoms or anyone who has been exposed to someone experiencing symptoms of the virus not schedule an in-person meeting. We will also continue to offer remote meetings and consults by way of Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as various file sharing platforms. Our attorneys have continued to assist clients with protective orders and other emergency hearings through the court closure, and at the present time it is anticipated that the Courts will reopen with increased functionality on June 8. Our attorneys and staff are well-versed in the technology necessary to operate a remote law practice, including remote hearings, depositions, and remote notarization, and we look forward to assisting you through this difficult time.
Additionally, the historic Graham-Crocker Building is home to Love, Fleming, Bearsch & Halloran, LLC. We are happy to meet with clients in our pleasant garden setting to avoid the need to have face-to-face meetings inside the office.
