Kimberly B. Fleming started with the firm in 1993 as an associate attorney and became a principal with the firm in 1999. Kim received her law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1989 and has practiced law in Harford County since that time. Born and raised in Bel Air and a proud Bel Air High School graduate, Kim enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her niece and nephews.
Laura Bearsch manages the firm’s estate planning practice, counseling clients on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Healthcare Directives.
Elissa K. Halloran, an associate with the firm since 2011, and partner since October 2022, received her undergraduate degree from Towson University in 2001 and her law degree from The University of Baltimore in 2005.
