Kimberly B. Fleming, a principal with the firm since 1999 and an attorney with the firm since 1993, received her law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1989 and has practiced law in Harford County since that time. Ms. Fleming was born and raised in Bel Air and graduated from Bel Air High School. 

Ms. Fleming’s practice is concentrated in family law matters and includes divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property disposition, domestic violence/protective orders, and adoption. Ms. Fleming is the Past President of the Board of Harford County Bar Foundation, member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Harford County Bar Association, co-chair of the Harford County Bench/Bar Committee, member of the Harford County Bar Association Executive Committee, member of the Harford County Family Law Committee, member of the Harford County Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association, member of the Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network,  treasurer and member of the board of trustees for the Harford Community Tennis Association and member of the Board of Homecoming Project. Ms. Fleming is a life-long tennis player and started a USTA league in Harford County nearly 10 years ago. She is currently the USTA coordinator for Harford County.

Ms. Fleming has also been named a Maryland Super Lawyer yearly since 2016. The Super Lawyers publication recognizes attorneys across the nation who excel within the legal field and are well recognized by their peers. Each attorney selected must undergo a thorough selection process. Ms. Fleming’s dedication to her clients and focus on family law make her an outstanding recipient of this award.

When she is not diligently working, Ms. Fleming is active in competitive tennis and running and enjoys spending time with family, including her niece and nephews, Daniel, Abby and Sean.
